Asbestoksen open call -haku on alkanut!
Hakuaikaa on 31.10. saakka, hakemukset tulee olla sähköpostissamme kuun viimeisenä päivänä puoleen yöhön mennessä.
Miten hakea?
Vanhoilta nettisivuiltamme (www.asbestosartspace.com) löytyy edelleen hakemuslomakkeen pohja apply-sarakkeen alta. Täytä lomake ja lähetä se osoitteeseen info@asbestosartspace.com.
HUOM! Nettisivut eivät ole ajan tasalla. Työstämme uusia sivuja paraikaa. Sivulta löytyvä lomake on kuitenkin edelleen käytössä, joten haku tapahtuu tämän lomakkeen kautta.
Haettavat näyttely/tapahtuma-ajat sijoittuvat aikavälille tammikuu 2020 - heinäkuu 2020. Voit toivoa vapaasti aikoja kyseisiltä kuukausilta. Ilmoitathan ajankohtatoiveistasi hakemuksen yhteydessä! Mainitsethan myös hakemuksesi yhteydessä sen, minkä pituisena toivoisit tapahtumasi järjestettävän.
Hinnasto: Näyttelyslotista (10 päivää) veloitamme 120 euroa. Lyhyemmistä (1-4 päivää) tapahtumista/näyttelyistä veloitamme yhdeltä päivältä 20 euroa. (kaksi päivää 40 euroa jne.) Asbestos ry on edelleen täysin voittoa tavoittelematon yhdistys. Kaikki tuotot käytetään tilaan liittyviin kustannuksiin. Ilmoitamme kaikille hakijoille valinnoistamme marraskuun loppuun mennessä.
Mielellämme tarjoaisimme kaikille näyttelyslotin, mutta viikkojen rajallisuudesta johtuen joudumme mitä todennäköisemmin tekemään valintoja hakemusten joukosta.
Seuraava open call järjestetään huhtikuussa 2020.

ps. Lyhytkestoisia tapahtumia (1-4 päivää) voi hakea edelleen vuoden ympäri. Niiden kohdalla voit lähettää vapaamuotoisen hakemuksen osoitteeseen info@asbestosartspace.com Pidempiä 10 päivän näyttelyslotteja haetaan vain open call -hakujen yhteydessä, joita järjestetään kaksi kertaa vuodessa.

Asbestos Art Space's open call is on! Deadline for applications is on the 31th October 2019, at midnight.
How to apply? You can find the application format (Word) on our old website (www.asbestosartspace.com) under the 'apply' button. Fill the form and send it to us to info@asbestosartspace.com.
ATTENTION! Our website is not up to date. We are currently creating a new website. However, the form you will find from the old website remains the same and we will consider applications that follow this form. Exhibition slots available are from January 2020 until July 2020. Please let us know about your wish for the time and length of the exhibition when filling the form!
Our exhibition fees:
Exhibition slot (10 days): 120 €
Shorter events (one to four days): 20 € per day, 40 euros for two days etc.
Asbestos ry is a non profit association. All income is spent on costs regarding running the art venue.
We will inform you about our selection in the end of November 2019. We would love to offer all applicants a slot, however we may not be able to fit all applicants to spring/summer period. In the case we won't be able to fit you in, we encourage you to apply again for the fall/winter period in April 2020.
